Contrary to what most people think, there are tasty vegetarian recipes!
You will learn to surprise your guests!
We will teach you to know and work the best vegetables, legumes, cheeses, oils and eggs, and to understand how they are grown, produced and selected. Trust me, you won’t miss the meat 😉

  • Zucchini flower stuffed with mozzarella cheese on tomato gazpacho
  • Seasonal vegetable flan with pecorino cheese fondue
  • Fettuccine with basil pesto, green beans and potatoes
  • Eggplant Parmigiana
  • Seasonal fruit Bavarese

The menus may vary according to the seasonal availability of the products

What is included in the lesson
  • Assistance from our staff for the duration of the cooking lesson, including the meal (about 5 hours)
  • Waiter service: table set up and table service
  • Welcome Prosecco
  • Wine served during the meal
  • Water, bread and coffee
  • Recipe book of dishes prepared during the lesson

  • Minimum registration of 4 people (if the number of participants is less than 4, contact us for our tailor-made proposals)
  • During the holidays, the minimum registration will be 6 people
