Tuscan Proposal 1

  • “Acqua Cotta alla Grossetana” (onion soup, celery and tomato, egg and bread)
  • Ricotta and spinach ravioli with butter and sage
  • “Peposo all’Imprunetina” (Typical recipe of the Impruneta tradition: stewed beef with red wine, garlic and black pepper)
  • Cannellini beans with EVO oil
  • Tiramisù

Tuscan Proposal 2

  • Fried zucchini flowers and fried sage
  • “Tortelli Mugellani” stuffed with potatoes with Tuscan meat sauce
  • Pork loin (roasted pork in”porchetta” style)
  • Stewed vegetables in a pan
  • Ricotta tart (ricotta, orange and chocolate)

Tuscan Proposal 3

  • Tuscan black crostino (chicken liver paté)
  • Potato gnocchi with Norcina sauce (sausage, cheese and truffle ragout)
  • “Pollo alla cacciatora” (stewed chicken in a pan with rosemary, garlic, tomato and olives)
  • Eggplant “under Pesto”
  • Cantucci Pratesi (biscuits of the Pratese tradition) served with vin santo

The menus may vary according to the seasonal availability of the products

What is included in the lesson
  • Assistance from our staff for the duration of the cooking lesson, including the meal (about 5 hours)
  • Waiter service: table set up and table service
  • Welcome Prosecco
  • Wine served during the meal
  • Water, bread and coffee
  • Recipe book of dishes prepared during the lesson

  • Minimum registration of 4 people (if the number of participants is less than 4, contact us for our tailor-made proposals)
  • During the holidays, the minimum registration will be 6 people
