The Raw of Sea

A lesson dedicated to raw food lovers.
You will learn the best processing technique to enhance fish 100%, an exceptional raw material. We will teach you to select it, clean it and work it in the safest way, to combine it with sauces, marinades, fruit, vegetables and to accompany it with pasta or rice. A lesson that will allow you to learn the advanced notions for serving and eating raw seafood!

  • Oysters and bubbles
  • Shrimp and passion fruit
  • Sea bass tartar in “Caprese” Style
  • Spaghetti “Cacio & Pepe” with red prawn tartar
  • Risotto with asparagus, tuna and lemon sashimi
  • Homemade sorbets

What is included in the lesson
  • Assistance from our staff for the duration of the cooking lesson, including the meal (about 5 hours)
