Cooking Meat

We will teach you to know and choose the meats.
Poultry, beef, pork and game. We will talk about how meat cuts are bred, slaughtered, selected and prepared, and you will understand the importance of buying meat from butchers you trust! Tartar, carpaccio, meatballs, ragù, braised meat and steaks: the less suitable course for vegetarians 🙂

  • Finger food: Chianina tartar
  • Cinta Senese meatballs
  • Pappardelle with duck ragout
  • “Peposo alla Fornacina” (historical dish of the Impruneta tradition, beef stewed in red wine, garlic and black pepper)
  • Seasonal vegetables
  • Yogurt mousse with strawberry and white chocolate

The menus may vary according to the seasonal availability of the products

What is included in the lesson
  • Assistance from our staff for the duration of the cooking lesson, including the meal (about 5 hours)
  • Waiter service: table set up and table service
  • Welcome Prosecco
  • Wine served during the meal
  • Water, bread and coffee
  • Recipe book of dishes prepared during the lesson

  • Minimum registration of 4 people (if the number of participants is less than 4, contact us for our tailor-made proposals)
  • During the holidays, the minimum registration will be 6 people
