Cooking Fish

There is no better fish cuisine in the world than the Italian one.
Blessed by the richest of the seas, the Mediterranean Sea! We will teach you to select fish and to work it in the safest way, from raw to cooked, from shellfish to crustaceans, from shell to whole fish.

  • Tuna tartar and Mediterranean vegetables
  • Spaghetti with seafood
  • Sea bass cooked in salt
  • Seasonal vegetables
  • Panna cotta with lemon and raspberries

The menus may vary according to the seasonal availability of the products

What is included in the lesson
  • Assistance from our staff for the duration of the cooking lesson, including the meal (about 5 hours)
  • Waiter service: table set up and table service
  • Welcome Prosecco
  • Wine served during the meal
  • Water, bread and coffee
  • Recipe book of dishes prepared during the lesson
To participate our lessons

  • Minimum registration of 4 people (if the number of participants is less than 4, contact us for our tailor-made proposals)
  • During the holidays, the minimum registration will be 6 people
